09/10/2018 We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the Fidor TAP Debit MasterCard use        

We are currently experiencing some technical issues regarding your Fidor TAP debit Mastercard. Please get in touch with us immediately if you are affected. We are working to have this issue solved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

26/09/2018  Planned maintenance work – Banking functionalities will be limited.

On Wednesday, the 26th of September between 04.00am and 05.00am the use of the following services will be limited: Inbound and outgoing transfers, Instant Transfers to friends and creation of Savings Bonds. There will be no limitations when using your Fidor TAP debit Mastercard for payments up to £150 within this period. Thank you for your understanding.

13/09/2018 - Technical Issue with some SEPA transfers

We are currently undergoing technical issues with SEPA transfers and hope to have this resolved shortly.

03/09/2018 - Technical Issue successfully resolved

Earlier today, we experienced a technical issue to our banking platform and as a result, some accounts were faced with restrictions. We can confirm the issue has been successfully resolved and accounts should be unlocked. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

03/09/2018 - Technical Issue 

We are currently experiencing technical issues to our banking platform, as a result you may be unable to log-in to your bank account, access the community, make transactions and use your Fidor TAP debit Mastercard.

Please bear with us while our technical team resolves the issue - we will continually keep you updated on the situation - and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

23/08/2018  Planned maintenance work on 23/08/2018 – Banking functionalities will be limited.
On Thursday the 23rd of August, between 05:30am and 06:30am. The use of the following services will be limited: inbound and outgoing transfers, instant Transfers to friends, the creation of Savings Bonds. There will be no limitations when using your Fidor TAP debit MasterCard. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

26/04/2018  Planned maintenance work – Banking functionalities will be limited.

On Thursday, April 26, between 5:30am to 6:30am GMT, the use of the following services will be limited: Inbound and outgoing transfers, instant transfers to friends, the creation of Savings Bonds. There will be no limitations when using your Fidor TAP Debit Mastercard. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

03/03/2018-04/03/2018 Planned maintenance work – Banking functionalities will be limited.

On 3rd March and 4th March, between 10:00pm Saturday and 08:00am Sunday GMT, the use of the following services will be limited: Inbound and outgoing transfers, instant transfers to friends, the creation of Savings Bonds. There will be no limitations when using your Fidor TAP debit Mastercard. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

02/03/2018 Update - Transactions issues have been resolved.

Update: Following from our statement yesterday, we can confirm that we have now fully completed our backlog of ingoing and outgoing transactions of your account.  We would like to apologise for the delay in the processing of  transactions and we thank you for your patience while we worked hard on solving the issue.

28/02/2018 Disruption -  Outgoing transfers may be affected.

On Thursday, 15th February between 6:30am to 7:00am GMT, the use of the following services will be limited: Inbound and outgoing transfers, instant transfers to friends, the creation of Savings Bonds , Account Migration, creation of a Savings Bonds Certificate.
