When I receive a transaction alert (A feature I really like!) it starts with the 'Please be aware that for now we have only blocked the amount on your account'.
Are Fidor open to changing the wording? When I first saw the word 'blocked' I thought something was wrong - in banking it is a very negative word and suggests there is a problem causing the transaction to be halted.
I would suggest saying something along the lines of 'We have allocated/marked the amount on your account ...' ?

I concur with Jœl. You are right Wardy, the wording could be vastly improved.

- Are Fidor open to changing the wording? Yes (it's been brought up briefly before), the more people that suggest it, the likelier it will happen (and I also agree with you).
