Mine reads today like I still need to provide documents even though I did that months ago. I'm confused.

Why are the identification guidelines not matching requirements?

I.e. it says you need every page of your passport (in an 8MB image?!)

But after making an enquiry with customer services they say you only need the data pages of a passport.
